Freeze Pen Cryotherapy is a non-surgical treatment that uses controlled, targeted freezing to destroy the tissue of a suitable benign skin tag. The treated tag gradually dries, shrinks, and separates from the surrounding skin as the area heals. The procedure is typically quick and does not require stitches.

The Freeze Pen delivers focused cold to the targeted skin tag, causing controlled freezing of its tissue. Over the following days, the treated tissue breaks down and may form a small scab before separating from the skin. The surrounding area continues healing.

Cryotherapy may be suitable for benign skin tags in areas such as:

• Underarms
• Upper chest
• Back and torso
• Selected areas of the face
• Other suitable body areas

Suitability depends on size, location, and appearance. Lesions near the eyes or in sensitive areas may require specialist care.

Most clients experience a brief stinging, tingling, or intense cold sensation during treatment. It is generally well tolerated, although discomfort varies with the size and location of the tag. Temporary tenderness or sensitivity may occur afterward.
